We Need The Council To Vote On The Waste Disposable Agreement (WDA)

On Mar. 27th, we stayed past midnight to present our comments before the council members on item 3.7 SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE WASTE DISPOSAL AGREEMENT (WDA) WITH THE COUNTY OF ORANGE on the consent calendar. We managed to have the council remove it from the consent calendar so that it can be discussed in the next council meeting, instead of just having the city manager sign off on the extension.
